Itinerary (Half-Day Example):

06:30 AM – Meet at the departure point (Black River or Grand Baie)
07:00 AM – Depart for fishing grounds (deep waters 3–5 km offshore)
07:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Big game fishing session (Marlin, Tuna, Dorado, etc.)
11:30 AM – Return to the jetty
